In gaming, it's any kind of game or subgame, especially a psychological one, in which a player is given a set of apparently equal choices where one or more is completely wrong. In such games one often may try to use what he knows of his opponent to make a better choice, but this often leads to recursive reasoning, as anything that one player could think of is something another player could think of, in the form of "But that's just what he wants me to think, so I'll do the opposite…but maybe that's what he want's me to think…so I'll not do the opposite…but maybe that's what he want's me to think…etc, etc.". Such games are basically random, and therefore should be carefully considered before they are engaged in.

The scum will make an unusual play at night, which would lead to a situation that would 'clear' them. Also, these arguments are often used by Newbies and should be avoided if possible, in favor of clearer arguments.

A couple of things tonight...

• I am really frustrated about my family right now. We're a person down, because of me being stubborn. Leon has splintered off and doesn't even engage in conversation with Masaki and I. I let everyone down by not being able to make it to the family challenge in time. I was WAY late...and what sucks is I couldn't even tell anyone I couldn't make it. I was far away from my computer and couldn't make it back. I feel really bad for it...Really sucks...we're falling apart. It looks really bad from the outside...which is what I'm more worried about. I hope we can fix the families later so I can be with Jeremiah and Lloyd. I actually like them, and I can try to play puppet master. But most of all I just enjoy the company. I'm too citizen for this job! lol.
  
  
• It's getting harder and harder to convince people I am a citizen. Actually, I'm just getting more and more paranoid. But if I don't step up my game, and start confronting people, I'm going to look like I'm coasting through the game and letting them kill each other off.
  
  
• And my grand plan for the Episode failed. Eternal Schism it is then. Although I should be elated by the prospect(being a spy)...I am not. I really wanted to see the town unite and fight the common enemy! But instead we all see the ugly truth that people are more worried about themselves than catching spies. I was really trying to throw them a bone here, but the citizens just turned up their noses.

Ah, should've made this one better. Basically, this was in the beginning of trying to get people to do the joint vote(or is that next episode? not sure...) and the start of my friendship with Jeremiah and Candy. I know convos like this are boring, but they pretty much sum up my activity during this episode.
