I'm so disgusted at Adelaide's posts. Can we just get rid of her now and hope she is a smart person playing the role of an idiot spy? I personally think she's Meaghan (spies2Nicole, spies3Claire).
I'm pouring through my conversations to follow up on comments made by Angelica and Emma. Angelica did give a lot of juicy tidbits. As a former Spy, I've learned that you do need to accuse your fellow Spies now and then, but early in the game you try to keep away from that as much as possible. People early in the game are desperate to vote for anyone for any reason, and you don't want to give them any to target someone on your side. Later rounds become more complicated as you do accuse fellow Spies to make everything blend together and as you try to shmooze with the citizens. The twist makes this even more complicated. I'll post what I've compiled later.
I bet Yves already has pages and pages of commentary in the Loser Lounge ... *Giggle*

Whoa. What the fuck.
I got a PM today from Candy that she wanted me to post in case she was imprisoned.
She says her mystery prize was really an investigation and that Beverly is a spy.
Whoa whoa whoa.
On the one hand, I believe her. In this backwards version of Spies, the Spies would like to vote Spies out. It's in Candy's best interest as a Spy or a Citizen to get Beverly out, if she really is a Spy. And if Candy's lying about Beverly being a Spy, well, that's an easily provable lie.
But on the other hand, why is she telling me? We've barely talked. She's telling me because of my voting history? That's pretty fishy. Does she want to frame me in a setup? And if she's a Citizen, is she trying to get me to take the fall for her?
Either way this puts me in a bad position. Beverly does need to go and this is exile time but Candy's put me in a dangerous spot.

I spilled Beverly's identity to Madison. I looked at the round 2 votes and am pretty sure Madison's a citizen because of them.
Voted for Madison: Lloyd, Jeremiah, Angelica, Hannah, Naomi, Faizah Voted for Hannah: Summer, Bunni, Beverly, Leon Voted for Beverly: Damon, Madison, Cain Voted for Kip: Emma, Ralph, mystery, Abrams Voted for Grace: Johan, Zander, self votes Voted for Gordy: Masaki, Kip Voted for Naomi: Gordy Voted for Jeremiah: Candy Voted for Cain: Adelaide Johan: 2 self votes Singe: Self votes
Angelica voted for Madison - enough to give her majority. So Madison's not with the Orthodoxy.
Madison voted Beverly - So Madison and Beverly aren't spies together. I don't know which type of Spy Beverly is though.
Emma voted Kip. Emma was online during the exile and did not vote to save Madison (she could have voted Grace or Hannah). She also did not speak up to defend Madison.
Beverly voted Hannah. Beverly was online during the exile and did not really push to get votes for Hannah the way she pushed for Madison to get votes. We all knew ahead of time that Madison was getting votes because Lloyd posted about it in the Burg. Beverly did not act to save Madison.
So I told Madison that Beverly is a Spy. I am fairly confident that she's a Citizen (as usual, if she's not, I'm screwed - though she might keep me around for a while like I did with spies3Trina until I felt Trina was catching on). She's not the best ally in the world since she's pretty suspected and universally considered worthless. But it's a start.
I'm worried Candy will be furious when I tell her I told Madison. I need to think about how to approach her the right way. I can take her, no problem, but I need her to still feel like she can trust me.

Once again - W-O-W. It's like we have the same brain or something. 1) I totally suspected Adelaide of being Meaghan the first few days - it was the "batshit" thing. (Sorry Adelaide!) I backed off later on because the Ralph vote and the "lurker" strategy, which Adelaide pushed strongly, didn't seem Meaghan-ish moves to me. 2) "I bet Yves has pages and pages of commentary in the Loser Lounge" - I'M NOT YVES!!!! But yes, I did. 3) DC once again completely echoes my own thoughts on Madison - I suspected her early on and then pretty much ruled her out after it looked like she was being scapegoated by both spy groups. However I ruled her out in a silly-funny kinda way: "If Madison's a spy, it's probably with Zander, Johan, Beverly, Bunni, Summer or Leon. Not too much promising there..." Two spies in that "not promising" list. Ouchies!

The "I bet Yves has pages and pages of commentary in the Loser's Lounge" was such a great call.

The "I bet Yves has pages and pages of commentary in the Loser's Lounge" was such a great call. That's like saying Michael Fish is a great prophet for predicting that the sun will rise tomorrow. Funny, yes. Ironic (given that she and I have been thinking the same thing from day one) - definitely! But insightful? Nah.
