Who are the people who you believe could be equally as much a Citizen as a Spy? These are people who you are undecided on - you pretty much think they could 50% chance be a Citizen and 50% chance be a Spy. The people who you just have no idea what their Identity is, whether it's from lack of information, or from contradicting statements, or confusion, or whatever. List them from 1 to 3 with 1 being the person you are MOST undecided on, and 3 being the person you are THIRD MOST undecided on. You don't need to list the rest.
Most Undecided: Candy
Second Most Undecided: Naomi
Third Most Undecided: Adelaide
