Operation eliminate the blasphemous Orthodoxy is not near ready to come under way, but I guarantee that if I am still in this game at a time when those f***ers can feel a wrath, that I will be the one to deliver it. They've fucked with my group enough to piss me off. Outing Naomi, participating in getting rid of Beverly, and even trying to play me off as being outed as well. They've killed the chicken, so I want to kill those bastards. Ok, I'm done ranting. Let's get on to the list. ~~Here is the list of the possible Orthodoxy who posted the message in response to Naomi earlier~~Self note - NAOMI posted a response to the Orthodoxy at 2:40 PM CST. Sometime between then and 3:47 PM CST, a member of the Orthodoxy posted a response. The figure 3:47 CST comes from the time where Sam posted the response in the Burg. Obviously, there's no way the response could have come before Naomi posted the first message, nor after the time Sam posted what they had replied. Therefore, anyone who had logged on between that time must be the one who posted the response. However, you can log on and still be surfing the forums, so I included some of the people who logged on minutes outside of the required time as well. GORDY : Last Login Date:Today at 3:27pmADELAIDE : Last Login Date:Today at 3:25pmCAIN : Last Login Date:Today at 3:41pm JOHAN : Last Login Date:Today at 2:48pm HANNAH : Last Login Date:Today at 2:47pm CANDY : Last Login Date:Today at 3:03pm ZANDER : Last Login Date:Today at 3:39pm SUMMER : Last Login Date:Yesterday at 4:25pm ->Newly addedKIP : Last Login Date:Today at 2:37pmI pulled these times from the profiles moments after I saw Sam's response. I was going nuts when I realized how quickly the response came. I was almost certain it was Adelaide, who was on AIM at the time and had signed off right before I noticed the reply, but I hadn't expected so many people to be active on the forums at this time. A couple of names I should probably address : 1) Kip - Sam did say that Kip has not posted in the past few days. Useful info! Therefore Kip cannot conceivably be the one who has been responding to these messages. I'm going to have to cross his name off the list. 2) Gordy - It doesn't matter at this point whether or not Gordy is an Orthodoxy. However, I find it next to impossible anyway. Even if Gordy was an Orthodoxy and they gave up the last imprisonment, they have no role to bait us with. Sam confirmed this. His name's getting crossed off. Those are the only two I'm willing to default off the list. But there's more narrowing down that must be done : 3) Cain - My suspicion is that the Orthodoxy are the ones behind this recent movement to have Cain eliminated. Primarily I am talking about Adelaide, Hannah, and Candy. Anyway, I'm not seeing much support, and pending his demise, he can be someone I am willing to be skeptical is one of the Orthodoxy at this point. I also theorize that both Orthodoxy voted Beverly out last episode. There is no evidence that Beverly was investigated by Angelica, and regardless, the Orthodoxy would want to prevent having to reveal their "second" investigation, which they'd have to do if Naomi was exiled.
4) Zander voted Naomi.
Hannah did vote Bunni, but her vote could've just been a diversion vote.
So the modified list comes up to be :
1) ADELAIDE 2) JOHAN 3) HANNAH 4) CANDY
One of these four is an Orthodoxy Spy, if not two.

This message I will be posting in the Neutral Territory forum, in response to Sam's latest post. I don't want to do it now since I'm both on the forums and AIM. I wonder why those lowlifes have not posted anything.
This is true to an extent. If there are four confirmed Citizens, they have a certain advantage. However, it remains possible that together, we can pick off the confirmed Citizens while misleading their exiles. Where things go wrong is when there is an equal or greater number of confirmed Citizens than there are players in the game.
My recommendation to you Orthodoxy is that you imprison someone unsuspected by the Burg and who is influential. I trust you can figure out what a good option may be.[/b]

I keep my promises. I will kill those Spies before this game ends, even if it kills me. But I would rather that it not while keeping the better end of the bargain. So I've been thinking of this new revelation that Sam has presented us :
We are now allowed to reveal ourselves. There are no rules regarding communication between the Spies.
Oh, Sam, I know you intended this to be a means of working together, but I am such a brutal person. I am really praying they do not know who I am. If they do, then I could very well never figure them out, but I will still play a few cards before I give up. However, if they do not, I will force them to reveal one of their names before I reveal mine. I can easily confirm this by requiring that they set their AIM's away message to something particular, or their signature, or something like that. If I am forced to reveal myself, then so be it, I do not care. What I need are those two names, and I need them fast.
What I plan to do with those names is quite brutal, but also tricky. I plan to claim some sort of counter agent role that can only investigate every other round. Perhaps I can only investigate to determine whether the target is affiliated with a specific Spy group(Traditionalist or Orthodoxy) - very likely -, and I would only be able to investigate until either
1) One Spy team is eliminated 2) Both Spy teams have one player remaining.
Reason : Further investigation makes winning the game for the Spies next to impossible unless they figure my role out.
Justification : I _really_ wanted to claim an inheritor role, but fucking Beverly ruined it. Since I didn't vote her, it's obvious that I'm not the true inheritor, because I should have known all along that she was lying, without a doubt in my mind. I wanted to say I inherited Gordy's counter-agent role, but like I said, I don't think I can. Additionally, I don't know what his role name is, yet I think Hannah might, so that really screws with me. Oh wait - I guess I don't need to know it, since Singe is the only person I am going to tell this to. Another thought - Since Gordy completed the first part of his role, it wouldn't really be required that Sam gave me a role name indicating the first part. He might have just called me "Counter Agent" since that is effectively what Gordy became.
What would my plan be?
I'd have to tell Singe about my role, and ask him to be my spokesperson. He's already put himself at great risk for Gordy, so that would be my reason for telling him. I would tell him to, once he went public with the fact that someone is an investigator, post an encrypted message somewhere in the Burg, and give me the key to it. If he was ever imprisoned, I would give this key to another person, and they would then be my spokesperson. I would continue this cycle for the rest of the game, until I come under suspicion. Once I am a suspect, I would have to go public with everything.
Of course there remains that LITTLE FUCKING PROBLEM regarding Beverly's roleclaim. I need to figure out a way around this.

Honestly, I realize I'm never going to win this game at this point. My goal is to be the best Spy I can be, and that requires doing some evil, evil things in order to progress my team as far as I can. I hope I'm doing an ok job at that, even if a lot of my stuff is theoretical at this point.
That does not mean I give up. If I did this right, it would definitely boost my chances as compared to rolling over and dying. I'm in a rough spot right now, and the clock is ticking for the coming of the exile that's going to have my name in the in the heading if I don't do something fast.

Thank god I found a role that is plausible : www.mafiascum.net/wiki/index.php?title=Retired_CopDamn you Beverly for ruining my Inheritor claim, but this one will work. Littttttttle problem though. GORDY'S CONFESSIONAL DOES NOT HAVE A ROLE NAME NEXT TO IT! Why?!?!?!? Did someone inherit his damn role? I shall look into this.

Regardless, this HAS to happen before next Imprisonment goes through. I am very lucky there is none this episode, because it gives me more time to think this through.

Alright, after the arrogant response from the Orthodoxy regarding my plan to manipulate the Fatemaker, I am no longer giving them any ideas/information until they agree to reveal. They're being uncooperative, and I can't have that.

I would also like to note that the messages from the Orthodoxy always come in at the morning....Who is always on in the morning? I'll have to investigate. Oh! I need to check forum login times again.

...Updated List...
CAIN : Last Login Date:Today at 3:41pm JOHAN : Last Login Date:Today at 2:48pm HANNAH : Last Login Date:Today at 2:47pm CANDY : Last Login Date:Today at 3:03pm ZANDER : Last Login Date:Today at 3:39pm SUMMER : Last Login Date:Yesterday at 4:25pm <--Newly added...
Good news! Adelaide was imprisoned! She was one of the people on the list. Also - Cain's getting exiled! Candy's getting imprisoned! That means I'll have narrowed this list down to three four people by nexy imprisonment. Assuming that neither of those two are an Orthodoxy, I'm probably leaning towards Johan or Summer being the Orthodoxy who sent the message in response to Naomi. Zander is a close alternative - he is playing this game noticeably differently this time around. Hannah also has the possibility of having been cleared as Orthodoxy by Gordy(I know she was cleared as one of the two Spy groups).

Hmm, I should probably consider pulling Kip's name back out from the scratch list if all else fails. I just don't see how he could be the one to respond to that message when Sam said he hadn't posted on the site in four days. That would baffle me.

Idiot. IDIOT Masaki. I expected better from myself. There is another name that must be added to the list.
SUMMER : Last Login Date:Yesterday at 4:25pm
Just because Summer has a login time AFTER the post was submitted means NOTHING. She could have logged out and logged back in. May this be a lesson to future Spies.

scratch the plan on the counter agent plan - it will NOT work now that Sam revealed the communications between both Spy groups. I'm glad it happened before I made such a claim.

I've made one last ditch attempt to get the names from the Orthodoxy spies. We gotta work together to get through these next couple of episodes - as much as I hate to work with the people who've slaughtered my group and tried using me like a pawn. I hope my latest post on the neutral boards struck home.
That doesn't mean it's all true, of course. Operation Eliminate the Orthodoxy is still on, and on hard. If they don't give me their names, I'll be imprisoning one of the names from my list, and as accurately as I possibly can(Candy might not be going home, as a result). If they do give me their names, then I can at least keep them around long enough that the Citizen obstacles can be gotten rid of, at which point I will do my 1-episode swoop : Imprison, Exile.
I'm sure I could pull that off given time, BUT I NEED THOSE NAMES[/i]!!!

Sorry to burst your bubble, but that message you are referring to was not a reply to Naomi's message and it was not written after her message. Using post times will only confuse you and rarely provides any accurate information, not to mention being an undesirable skirting of the rules (using proboards to figure out Spies). So trust me on that one, don't bother with it.

OK looking back at this, I was WAY off. That response really DID look like it was replying to Naomi.
