After everything that happened last round I am more and more confident that Kip is indeed a Citizen. I'm also thrilled that we caught the last of the Traditionalist Spies. It's time to go Orthodoxy hunting. And I thnk their powers have helped them signifigantly in this game and they've played them to their advantages. I have to admit that I've been impressed by them but I'll be highly dissapointed if they win.
Because of her role this is turning into the Candy Show. Before she made it public she was simply walking around with an air of entitlement and now that it's been made public she treats us like pawns and everyone should clearly follow her decree. So far she's done a great job in finding the Spies but the ways she's gone about trying to get her way amongst other things has been self centered and controlling which immediately makes me dislike her as a player.
Big kudos to Zander for snagging the last Trad. I should've paid more attention but at the time I was far too focused on Candy and that line of thought. Only to have it backfire completely on me when she claimed Fatemaker.

And as far as Candy is concerned she's not perfect. She scrwed up hugely on Jeremiah and Cain but focuses only on her wins against Beverly, Naomi and probably now Masaki. I hate to break it to everyone but Beverly was only found by an investigation in which she had a 50/50 chance of picking the right person to investigate. Naomi was one of the obvious ones and was handed to us on a silver platter by Angelica. And Masaki was caught by Zander.
And I've said as much publically now too. Kind of a side post to a large topic but I wanted to at least make the point, perhaps without much fuss. I'm glad that Candy is a Citizen but she hasn't been playing the role well at all. She's holding her cards close to her chest instead of trying to help the rest of us catch the Spies. She's playing shadow games in an attempt to find the last ones and she's the ruler of an army of votes that apparently can't think for themselves. Candy has the same amount of information as the rest of us but her word is now gospel when, like the rest of us, she's simply making educated guesses.

Some revelations came from my conversation with Singe and this past round. I thought, stupidly so, for a while that Kip and I were each other's most trusted. Obviously that's not true and it's part of his game play to make me feel that way. Doesn't matter since I still believe he's a Citizen. I'll keep feeding him information and hopes that he'd come to me with trust in the matter. Instead he can trust Candy and the Doc and I feel left out in the cold.

I'm getting sick and tired of Candy's snarky remarks. It's not helping anyone or the Burg and it's her private way of exerting power over those who don't march to the beat of her drummer. I don't even want to post in the Burg anymore because I know the exact reaction it'll get from her. Ever since she announced she was the Fatemaker she's kept to herself and stopped posting useful things for the Burg to share. If I didn't want to win so badly I'd let her go on like a bumbling baffoon and let the Spies win. Instead I want to beat them so I'm going to keep fighting but I'm going to have to play her game in the Shadows and spend most of my time in IM and PM. This is getting pathetic.

I sent this in IM to Singe and Kip today (both were away). I needed to get this feeling off my chest becuase I'm starting to feel stress and overwhelmed with the PETTINESS going around the Burg:

I'm either making a highly intelligent decision in trusting Kip and Singe this easily or an insanely stupid decision. In this I'm trusting my gut instincts. I don't trust Candy for the simple reason she'll do anything to get her way. Singe and Kip have been a lot more open in discussions and I appreciate it more from them. Candy only plays the role of Queen Bitch and I don't care of it's a character or not it's got to stop.
