EXILE III-1
Judge Sam: “Welcome to Exile III-1.
I don’t have many announcements for everyone today. Yesterday an activity was posted in the Burg. Everyone gains points by posting conversations in your confessional. You can give points away, or keep them for yourself. The person with the most points by the end of the day Sunday wins one Investigation to use privately on whoever they want. Be sure to log on AIM over the weekend and try and talk to as many people as possible.
Exile III-1 questions are posted in the Exile Chat.
Sam stands up resolutely, picks up the voting shoebox, and begins walking amongst the townspeople. One by one, they drop their vote into the shoebox. Some are satisfied with their choice, others are nervous and unsure. Everyone - Citizens and Spies alike - are praying that their name does not come up.
Judge Sam: "All of the votes have been received and verified, and a result has been decided. Let the Exiling begin."
Only 12 votes today. We’ve had huge numbers of voters the past two Exiles, and today will be less than half that. This is how it’s going to feel when half of you are eliminated from the game, and Exiles become more closely contested.
Vote #1:
Hannah, by Bunni.
Candy, by Masaki.
Jeremiah, by Candy.
One for Hannah, one for Candy, one for Jeremiah. All three are tied.
Vote #4:
Candy, by Jeremiah.
Jeremiah, by Beverly.
Jeremiah, by Hannah.
Candy, by Gordy.
Candy, Jeremiah, Jeremiah, Candy.
3: Jeremiah, Candy
1: Hannah
Vote # 7:
Jeremiah, by Leon.
, Emma, Emma, by Emma for not voting in Episode III.
, Emma, Emma by Emma for not posting at least 2 conversations in Episode III.
Emma and Jeremiah are tied at 4. Candy has 3, Hannah has 1.
Vote #9:
Jeremiah, by Damon.
Jeremiah, by Naomi.
Jeremiah, by Johan.
Final Vote Count:
7: Jeremiah
4: Emma
3: Candy
1: Hannah
Jeremiah - You have been Exiled from the Burg under suspicion of being a Spy. It is now your time to leave. Goodbye.
Judge Sam: "It sucks to see you go Jeremiah. I really liked your enthusiasm, your skill in finding Spies, playing hard on AIM, and so much more. I really can’t ask for more in a player. You said you went through some busy times lately, but yet you still played harder than a lot of people here, and I appreciate that. I’m looking forward to hearing your suspicions in the Losers Lounge.”
Jeremiah : Please post Final Words in your confessional immediately.
Jeremiah takes one last look at their former friends. Saddened by being suspected of a Spy by the people they trusted, they take their supplies and compass and head out into the wilderness, disappearing into the sunset. You will never see them again.
It is now time to find out if this person was truly a Spy. If they were, we will rejoice in becoming one step closer to safety and security. If they were not, we just cast out an innocent soul. Someone just like us. Someone who wanted to eliminate the Spies just as badly as we do.
Jeremiah was a....
CITIZEN!
Judge Sam: “Another Exile, another Spy victory. Two groups of Spies – working separately to achieve their objectives. So far they’ve managed to cut the rope of 7 Citizens with out a single one of the 7 Spies being eliminated.
But with each Exile comes piles of new evidence. Each Exile we should be closer and closer to finding a Spy. In 24 hours we will have a chance to catch one. Exile III-2 is live 9:00 PM CST Sunday, everyone is invited.
I’ll see you there, where hopefully I can impart some good news for once.
You can use all the quantitative data you can get, but you still have to distrust it and use your own intelligence and judgment.
