EXILE IX-2 Revote
Judge Sam: “All players were instructed to vote for either Masaki or Kip at this revote. Masaki and Kip did not vote. Damon and Singe were forced to vote Masaki and Kip, respectively, because they are currently in a Family with them. Everyone else was allowed to select whoever they liked. Because we have an odd number of players, we will come to a decision.”
Sam stands up resolutely, picks up the voting shoebox, and begins walking amongst the townspeople. One by one, they drop their vote into the shoebox. Some are satisfied with their choice, others are nervous and unsure. Both Masaki and Kip - are praying that their name comes up less than the other guys’.
Judge Sam: "All of the votes have been received and verified, and a result has been decided."

Masaki - You have been Exiled from the Burg under suspicion of being a Spy. It is now your time to leave. Goodbye.
Judge Sam: "You played an excellent game Masaki. I enjoyed having you play for every one of your 45 days in the game. You did a fantastic job and I can’t wait until your confessionals are revealed so everybody can see your intriguing thought processes and how you played the game. I can’t say anything negative about you and I appreciate all the time and effort you put into the game. I hope you enjoyed it and I hope to see you in future Spies games!”
Masaki : Please post Final Words in your confessional immediately.
Masaki takes one last look at their former friends. Saddened by being suspected of a Spy by the people they trusted, they take their supplies and compass and head out into the wilderness, disappearing into the sunset. You will never see them again.
It is now time to find out if this person was truly a Spy. If they were, we will rejoice in becoming one step closer to safety and security. If they were not, we just cast out an innocent soul. Someone just like us. Someone who wanted to eliminate the Spies just as badly as we do.
Masaki was a....
Spy.
Judge Sam: “It seems as if we made a good decision! Masaki was a Spy – Traditionalist and had managed to avoid Exile for 45 days. Excellent work Masaki, and excellent work Citizens (and Spies?) for catching him However, 2 Orthodoxy Spies still remain. These 2 have survived 10 out of the last 11 Exiles and only need to survive 3 out of 4 more to claim victory. It will be difficult to uproot them in such short a time.”
Promises are like babies: easy to make, hard to deliver.
